Upscale-ish restaurant with a great ambiance. The setting was cozy and intimate. The food was great and portions were just big enough to fulfill one's appetite without leaving them feeling bloated. I would have wished though that the waitress would have been more present to verify if we were satisfied with everything, but that's a personal preference. All in all, a great experience and I will probably go back another time!

There's something special about a restaurant on a golf. It's just a great decor. I liked that there's a big terrace for the summer. The inside is also very well put and fancy. We ordered some oyster to start. They had two different kinds of canadian oysters, I don't recall the names but I love when there's a variety.We also shared a plate of calamari with chorizo. It was the best entree in my opinion. Very tasty and well cooked with a touch of spice that was well balanced.My next entree was the beet carpaccio which was good. The beets slices were way too thick to be called a carpaccio but the grapes were a nice addition. The soup was kind of disapointing. My partner got serve a tiny little ordinary bol. It tasted good but was so contrasting with all the copious and elegant other plates.The pasta of the day was ravioli with calamatta olive and it was amazing! There's nothing like good,fresh pasta!! I had a great time overall. Everyone is extremely nice, the place is gorgeous, very interesting by the glass options. I don't often go to ste-hyacinthe but I feel it might be one of the best spot for sure!
